We work with both known and unknown ancestors—focusing on somatic connection, symbolic relationship, and spiritual consent. You’ll be guided gently and with deep care, no matter where you’re starting from.

This is intentionally designed to be slow, spacious, and non-performative. You won’t be asked to keep up with hustle-paced content or complete every single thing. You’ll be invited to move at your rhythm, with 1:1 calls at your pace, optional practices, and plenty of grace. Rest is not a failure, it’s part of the path.

On Healing Sessions, no. To maintain privacy and sacred space, healing sessions are not recorded, however, I will be taking extensive notes which you will receive in a Notion dashboard to save and download.

Inheritance sessions are the work of Ancestral Lineage Repair. The journey to work directly with your ancestral guides to heal your lineages through Inheritance Sessions are the way.

Ancestral Lineage Repair is a healing process I facilitate created by Dr. Daniel Foor that “supports direct engagement with Well & Wise Ancestors of blood and bone for the purposes of personal, family and lineage healing.”

Training with Dr. Foor and Dr. Amber McZeal since October 2024, I am now approved to complete 40 public sessions after which time I will become a certified practitioner. I'm currently listed as practitioner-in-training on their website after meeting rigorous training requirements.

Through Inheritance sessions, I will guide you through this 5-step process by assessing the vibrancy of four lineages (FM/FF/MM/MF), choosing a line of focus and partnering with an elder guide.

During the process, your ancestral guide carries out the work of teaching the you about the gifts and burdens of your lineage, and facilitating the ancestralization process of the older and recent dead.

The process concludes with the ancestors bestowing the blessings of the lineage upon your and your living family.

Each lineage requires 3-4 sessions depending on the pace of your ancestors. Healing your four main lineages may take about 4-5 months.
